This Privacy Policy applies to the Trinko mobile game and its related online services (the "Application" or "Game"), operated by Dryhola Mark, an individual entrepreneur (FOP) registered in Ukraine ("we", "us", "our", the "Service Provider"). You can contact us at mdgametechnology@gmail.com.

When you download and use the Game, we and our service providers may collect:
We do not build a profile of you. The analytics above are aggregate product measurements — how many people play, how far they get, which rewards and offers they use — keyed to an anonymous installation identifier that is created on your device and destroyed when you uninstall the Game. It is not linked to your Apple ID, your advertising identifier, or any identifier you use elsewhere, and we never attempt to work out who you are from it.
Your game progress stays on your device. Your level progress, coins, lives, power-ups, and settings are stored locally in the Game's own storage. We do not operate player accounts, we do not ask you to log in, and we do not keep a copy of your progress on our servers.
We do not intentionally collect your real name, email address, precise location (GPS), contacts, photos, or other special categories of personal data.
We use the information to: operate and maintain the Game; understand how the Game is played so we can improve its balance, difficulty, and offers; process in-app purchases; show and measure advertising; provide support; ensure security and prevent fraud; and comply with legal obligations.
The Game is supported by advertising. It shows two kinds of ads: optional rewarded video ads that grant in-game rewards for watching, and interstitial ads shown between levels. The Game does not show banner ads. Ads are delivered through Unity LevelPlay mediation and its ad networks, which include Unity Ads, ironSource, and other mediated advertising partners. These partners may collect and process device and advertising identifiers to select, deliver, frequency-cap, and measure ads.
The Game offers optional in-app purchases: packs of in-game coins, a starter pack, a power-up pack, and an option that removes interstitial ads. Purchases are processed by Apple (App Store) under its own terms and privacy policy. We receive a confirmation that a purchase succeeded and what it contained; we never receive or store your payment card details.
Because purchases unlock content stored on your device, deleting the Game may cause purchased virtual items to be lost. See the Terms of Service for details.
The Game is not a website and does not use browser cookies. Our service providers use SDK-level identifiers and similar technologies inside the app for the purposes described above.
We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with:
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data, to object to processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, write to mdgametechnology@gmail.com.
Under the CCPA/CPRA you may request disclosure of the categories of personal information collected about you, request its deletion, and opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We do not sell personal information. To opt out of personalized advertising, use the ATT prompt on iOS or limit ad tracking in your device settings.
We process your data on the basis of your consent (advertising identifiers and personalized ads), the performance of a contract (operating the Game and processing purchases), and our legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, and improving the Game). You may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
We and our service providers operate internationally, and your information may be processed in countries other than your own, including in the United States and the European Union. Where required, such transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
Analytics and advertising data are retained by our service providers for the periods set out in their own policies, typically no longer than is necessary for the purposes described here. Purchase records are retained as long as required by tax and accounting law. Because your game progress lives on your device, it is retained until you delete it or uninstall the Game.
The Game is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in the EEA and the UK), and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it. Where a user is identified as a child, advertising is limited to non-personalized ads.
We use commercially reasonable physical, technical, and administrative safeguards to protect the information we handle. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
If a personal data breach occurs that is likely to result in a risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify the competent supervisory authority without undue delay and, where the law requires it, inform affected users.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Material changes will also be announced inside the Game. Continued use of the Game after a change means you accept the updated policy.
